Rock Icon and “Godfather of Punk” Iggy Pop’s weekly broadcast on BBC Radio recently featured his favorite music from Germany. The 2-hour special “Here Come The Germans” covered everything from Wagner to Rammstein, including “Berlin Boys & Stuttgart Girls” by Viktor & Die Vokalisten.
Here’s the insane part… Viktor & Die Vokalisten was created by COPILOT for the video game “Wolfenstein: The New Order”!
Have an iPad? Kids? Check out Word Wildlife Fund’s free new app. It’s a stunning new interactive piece that we were proud to score. From the stellar user reviews, to the recent “best in show” accollades from the DC Ad Club, we’ve been excited to see the overwhelmingly positive response to an educational piece for an organization we love.

More holiday music? Yes more holiday music! We know there’s alot out there. But this is the only collection of fresh, modern holiday tracks that have been hand picked by COPILOT for your next holiday project. These are not stock tracks but living, breathing sessions that are attached to living, breathing composers. Each is available as a jumping off point, with unlimited possibilities for scoring, tweaking and branding. Listen through now at our SoundCloud page. Or download the entire compilation and drag into iTunes or elsewhere. Our compilation includes original songs and compositions, arrangements of seminal holiday pieces that exist in the public domain, and one cover of The Who. I mean why not cover The Who, right?

It’s been an exciting year at COPILOT and we’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for being part of our family. Like most music geeks of our generation, when we wanted to say thanks and share our latest discoveries, we made mixtapes. We’re not sure how many of you have working cassette decks now, but we hope you download and enjoy our first annual holiday mixtape while relaxing by a fire with a glass of eggnogg, or as you’re traveling over the river and through the woods. We love talking music so tell us what you liked and why!
