COPILOT loved collaborating with Rokkan and Ghost Robot on the Humane Society‘s campaign for “Same Day Pups: Puppy Drone Delivery.” A classic song from 1904 was revived and repurposed, with a fresh feel and bright new sound. It was an honor to work on this project and help raise awareness for an “Upworthy” cause. Music is truly at its best when it can be used to help others. Last month, we got back together with our our good friends at AKQA, creating the music for the World Wildlife Federation’s first iPad application.

Here at COPILOT, we’ve been focusing our attention on songwriting lately, and our latest piece could be our most emotionally powerful yet. Collaborating with our good friend Steve Kolander at Small Army in Boston, we took a sketch and helped transform it into an anthem for the cancer research fundraiser Be Bold, Be Bald! Collaboration and problem-solving were key themes at the AICP’s brand new conference. Fortunately, they’ve been our mantras from day one at COPILOT. Teaming up with our friends at AICP and the incredibly talented visual folks at Thornberg & Forester, COPILOT provided the impactful show open score as well as a buzzer sound that was successful in scaring a panel full of lawyers into speaking within their time limits. Sweet!
